In volleyball teaching,learning volleyball students started a volleyball match when digging in the game is the key.According to the Department of volleyball teaching syllabus,the students in volleyball teaching students at the end of a round,the basic grasp of the basic knowledge of volleyball technology,the referee,teaching ability,organizational skills,training and development of Students Volleyball related knowledge to continuation and development,inheritance and innovation of volleyball.Modern teaching pays attention to the cultivation of students' exploring ability and self-learning ability.Colleges and universities are required to constantly optimize and adjust training programs and teaching activities,cultivate students' autonomy and creativity,and improve their ability to independently explore and solve problems.This paper uses the independent inquiry teaching method in the teaching of volleyball frontal digging,and carried out the experimental study on the effect of teaching.In this paper,the students in physical education specialty of Beijing Sport University students as the research object,using the research methods of literature,experiment,questionnaire,expert interview,explores the theoretical differences,independent inquiry teaching method and traditional teaching method on students' interest in learning differences,their theoretical knowledge and practical ability,difference on the differences,teachers play an important role in the classroom in the teaching effect analysis of college volleyball class to complete the task of teaching in order to better,to further improve the teaching effect of college volleyball course,at the same time,to provide reference for the general class of College Volleyball Teaching in china.In this paper that the teaching experiment of 12 classes:(1)the independent inquiry teaching method to groups in the form of teaching to digging in Volleyball Teaching in teaching,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate actively in class,more conducive to improve the learning interest of the students,the teaching than the traditional teaching methods,the teaching effect is significant.Therefore,the independent inquiry teaching method can be used for digging in volleyball teaching.(2)according to the comparative analysis of the independent inquiry teaching and traditional teaching class teaching experiment results,independent inquiry teaching than the traditional teaching methods,the teaching effect is more significant,change the teaching method can effectively improve the students' skill of digging and digging theoretical knowledge.(3)according to the experimental results and the feedback from students' questionnaires,the self inquiry teaching helps to cultivate students' independent learning and innovation consciousness and improve their cooperative inquiry learning ability.(4)need to dig the independent inquiry teaching materials suitable for self-study and preview,the organic combination of theoretical knowledge and practice,promote and consolidate the theoretical knowledge of the skills of the students awareness of the.(5)self inquiry teaching method accords with the requirements of new curriculum reform and students' cognition rule.This teaching method can effectively improve students' interest in students,improve teaching effect,and better embody the guiding role of teachers in teaching process.
