In the course of swimming teaching,teachers and coaches hope to help students better,more complete and more accurate grasp of technical movements.But the teaching methods in the past were too rigid,and they were only taught by teachers and students.This article hopes to increase the interest and enthusiasm of students in learning to swim by means of auxiliary training,and at the same time master the technical movements more concisely and quickly and improve the level of sports.With the help of lively and interesting auxiliary training methods and improved starting auxiliary trainers,this paper proves through experiments that auxiliary training has a certain effect on improving swimming squatting starting,and at the same time better assists teachers in teaching,improving teaching quality and students’ interest in learning.This article uses the methods of literature,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics,video observation and other methods to provide supplementary training methods and repeated training for 2017 students of the Harbin Institute of Physical Education and Physical Education Training School,2017 leisure and social sports school The comparison experiment of the method compares and analyzes the effect of training and the results obtained.It also concluded that auxiliary training can better enable students to master technical movements,which not only increases students’ interest in learning to swim,but also improves the technical level of swimming departure.Mainly manifested in: 1.The experimental group’s lag time is shortened,and the response is faster and agile than before;2.The angle of the knee joint of the students in the experimental group has increased,which is conducive to exerting muscle strength and better performing the squatting starting technique;3.The angle of the experimental group from the stage is closer to the ideal range,which is significantly different from the control composition.At the same time,the distance into the water becomes longer;4.The comparison data before and after the water inlet angle of the experimental group is extremely significant,close to the ideal water inlet angle of 35 °;5.The diameter of the water inlet of the experimental group becomes smaller;6.The number of underwater legs of the two groups of students decreased compared with that before the experiment.Although the time of the first underwater leg took a lot of time,the data before and after the experimental group were significantly different,and the time was significantly reduced;7.The 15 m scores of the experimental group and the control group have improved,but the two components after the experiment are extremely significant,and there is a significant difference within the experimental group;8.The water discharge distance becomes closer due to the lesser number of underwater legs;9.The angle between the arm and the tabletop of the two groups of students tested reached the "78-88 °" mode requirement after the experiment.In the training of swimming departure teaching,the use of auxiliary training methods breaks through the previous teaching methods,increases the enthusiasm of students to learn,overcomes some students ’fear of water,and also eliminates the teacher ’s“ cracking ”teaching,allowing teachers to learn from Being separated from "teaching" can better observe the students’ technical movements and provide more targeted guidance to improve the quality of movements.Has been loved by students and praised by teachers.
