With the improving of the urban economic level in China,the family to move in migrant workers become more and more common phenomenon,and their children’s education problems in recent years is caused by the Chinese government and the vast majority of scholars concern.In order to let their children receive better education urbanization,in order to their children can have a good learning environment,will work to their family and children of migrant workers,let the children as well as urban children received a good education.The children brought by the migrant workers are called migrant children(hereinafter referred to as "the children of accompanying children").However,it is not plain sailing in the process of integrating children into the school,and there are many difficulties and problems in many aspects.With regard to the difficulty of school integration with children,it has gradually become an emerging topic that scholars in all fields are concerned about.About this subject,a second-tier cities,especially the education level is the Chinese government focuses on prominent provinces and cities and the research object,as the first batch of national compulsory education balanced development advanced area of dalian is also very concerned about trailing children into the school.In June 2016,the general office of dalian municipal government issued by the new urbanization in dalian planning(2016-2020),"pointed out that to establish and improve the progressive type of residence permit public service supply mechanism,the children of migrant workers trailing education input into the scope of financial security,to ensure 100%trailing children receive compulsory education.But in under the protection of the relevant policy and system,trailing the children in the process of integrated into the school,still there will be many difficulties and problems,because learning habits and the law of life,there will be a learning to keep up with,the relationship between the processes is not good with my classmates,don’t adapt to the new environment,a lot of difficulties and problems such as anxiety and irritability.Into the difficult problem of the trailing children’s schools,this article embarks from the trailing children themselves,the method of field investigation,questionnaire investigation and interview to collect data and information,comprehensive analysis of trailing children into school difficult present situation and the causes,and then applies the method of case in a planned intervention.In the process of solving the problem,according to the reaction and feedback of the children,the plan is constantly improved and the expectation is better integrated into the school environment.In the final part of the plan implementation,the evaluation and summary are carried out,and the current deficiencies and the improved parts of the plan are pointed out.Finally,the Suggestions and solutions are summarized.
