Research Of Case Social Work Intervention In Spiritual Consolationt Of Disabled Elderly

With the continuous development of our country’s economic and social undertakings,the average life span of the people is prolonged,the number of the elderly is increasing,and the proportion of the elderly population is increasing.According to statistics,since 1999,China has begun to enter an aging society.In 20 1 5,China’s population aged 60 and over reached 222 million,accounting for 16.15%of the total population.It is estimated that by 2020,the elderly population in China will reach 255 million,and the aging level will reach 17.8%.In 2025,China will become an ultra elderly country.At the same time,due to the dual influence of the population control policy and the process of modernization,the phenomenon of the miniaturization and empty nest of our family is becoming more and more serious,and the traditional family pension model in our country has encountered an unprecedented challenge.In the face of the new situation,more and more elderly people,especially disabled elderly,have begun to choose old-age pension institutions voluntarily or passively.In recent years,the service facilities of urban and rural pension institutions have been gradually improved and service functions have been continuously enhanced.But it should also be seen that the basic or basic old-age service provided by most of the pension institutions in China is mainly the service of living care for meals,bathing,and daily life care,while the elderly,especially the mental solace problems of the elderly,have not been paid enough attention.In this study,an action research method was used to select a disabled elderly in the L institution of Ji’nan as the research object.In view of the spiritual needs of the service object,such as acceptance,communication and self realization,the whole professional service of case social work is provided through the use of the central treatment model of the parties.In the course of service,the author has encountered many difficulties in professional relations and resource acquisition.Through the involvement of social workers,the author summed up the valuable experience of preparing for the early stage,guiding the social work values,and internalizing the social work service skills.The social work intervention in this case has basically reached the service goal of mental comfort for disabled elderly in old-age care institutions.The service objects basically adapted to the life of the pension institutions,realized their own value,and had confidence in life.The author hopes to explore the effective methods suitable for the spiritual comfort of the disabled elderly,in order to finally meet the needs of the mental life of the disabled elderly,to improve the sense of happiness of the disabled old people,to enable the elderly to live with dignity and to spend a happy and happy late year.
