The Development Research On The Academic Community Of MA Postgraduates

Along with the stable development of economy and society,as our postgraduate education continues to grow,the demand for education is getting higher and higher.However,the rapid development of postgraduate education has also led to a series of education quality problems and master education stage is especially striking.In addition to classroom teaching,how to promote the improvement of education quality of postgraduate students has become a hot topic in academic research.Since many universities in China appeared various forms of master graduate student academic community in recent years,it not only effectively promotes the academic development of graduate student,but also greatly improves the quality of graduate education.On the basis of the academic community,taking the Academic Community of G University as an example,adopting the methods of interview and observation,and on this basis,this research put forward the development strategy of promoting the academic community of MA postgraduate students.This study is mainly divided into the following four parts: the first part is the introduction part.this paper introduced the background and significance of the research,and then summarized the current research status in China and abroad.Finally,the research content and methods are introduced.the second part is the theoretical basis of the academic community of MA postgraduates.Firstly the relevant concepts of academic community and postgraduates academic community are defined.Then it expounds the connotation of MA postgraduates academic community.Finally,it discusses the important role of the academic community of MA postgraduates.the third part is the current situation investigation part.Taking an Academic Community of G University as an example,the survey results were obtained through interviews,observations and other methods of collecting data.And the conclusions are analyzed from the basic situations,the influencing factors,advantages and disadvantages of an academic community of G University.the fourth part mainly proposes the development strategy of the academic community of MA postgraduates according to the results of the investigation,on the aspects of students,teachers,the academic community culture and system.In particular,the essay offers reflection through the investigation and analysis of a postgraduate academic community in G university,improving the learning motivation of postgraduates;attracting teachers to participate in the guidance;creating a high-quality academic community cultural environment and building a perfect system and so on.It promotes the development of the academic community and strengthen the construction of humanistic and scientific spirit,these principles will greatly promote the sustained and healthy development of the academic community.
