Study On The Evaluation System Of Scientific Research Ability Of Physical Education Postgraduate Academic Students In Henan Province

Master of physical education is to engage in physical activity and high level sports talent in sportsscientific research, with the continuous expansion of college enrollment, degree type and mode ofeducation gradually optimized, academic and application graduate student in the curriculum and trainingmodel have different emphases, and the research ability for postgraduate academic the development isplaying the important role.Many employers require the students not only have solid professional skills, butalso have strong research ability.Therefore, research on improving the sports master’s academic researchability of students become the demand of the times.Evaluation system should be made according to different professional characteristics, make it moretargeted, and the lack of scientific, reasonable physical education scientific research ability evaluationsystem.Most of the research has certain discussions about the connotation of scientific research ability ofgraduate students, but less clearly defined on it;for the structural factors of scientific research ability andcultivate more research mode of graduate students, and the accurate evaluation of the less; for on a link oftraining scientific research ability of graduate students is more, but from the whole to grasp less.In this study,by reading a large number of related academic papers and books, understand the previousresearch results, based on three universities in Henan Province, the tutor of postgraduate researchers andmanagers as the research object, on the basis of academic physical education postgraduate researchcapacity evaluation status analysis, were carefully studied theory of educational evaluation, clarifying theconnotation of scientific research ability, and the combination of graduate training target of our country andthe characteristics of PE course, many experts were summarized, summary and analysis, the knowledgereserve, the ability to analyze problems, the quality of the thesis and other scientific research from4aspectsas the first-level indexes, and it could be divided into professional knowledge, knowledge, logicalreasoning ability, information processing ability, independent decision-making ability and so on13twolevel index, from different angles, evaluation of postgraduate research capacity, and according to thespecific content, evaluation principles, evaluation criteria and evaluation methods are applicable in detail,the index weight was determined by using rank and operation method, construct a set of qualitative and quantitative is the ability of scientific research evaluation system combination, not only certain incentivesto improve the sports master’s academic research ability of students, but also provide effective reference forthe management of higher education in Henan province.
