Graduate education is the major route to train high- level personnel,it is an important part of the national innovation system. Community theory provide a new way of thinking the training of graduate students. This paper use documentary study, interviews method, textual analysis and case studies, to investigation the current situation about postgraduate training in U-S Community of learning,which is build up with Xinjiang Normal University Pedagogy and Toutunhe economic and technological development zone. O ur country has promulgated policy relating postgraduate training.Analysis the text in recent years can be seen, the requirements for graduates’ knowledge and ability hasn’t been diminished for decades. While for joint training and innovation require showing a rising trend, graduate should not only have a solid theoretical foundation should also have the ability to engage in the practice of teaching and scientific research. Analysis about nearly five years of graduation thesis, although more and more postgraduate select in-depth educational practice field for research. Research is still relatively large proportion about pure theory. Based Barnard’s "collaboration system" theory, interviews with professoriat, primary and secondary school teachers, graduate which in the Community. From the social system, Human system, Material system, analyzes the status quo of three academic graduate training in the US learning community, contrast wasn’t involved in U-S Learning Community graduate. The ability in practice and the efficiency of "double capacity" mutual conversion has a positive impact in U-S community graduate training. Although there is still some issues just like training objectives, training program and plans, miscommunication in training process. With a view to a better U-S learning community in graduate training.We need to improve the training management system in U-S learning community, enhanced academic graduate practical ability, promote graduate "double capacity" reasonable transformation, strengthen and enhance dual mentor team building, according to the disciplinary backgrounds to improve the identity of discipline of students.
