On The Role Of Counselors’ Management In Chinese Private Universities

In recent years,China’s private universities have developed rapidly.It is more and more important to work as a counselor in private colleges.The work of college instructors in private colleges has been extended from the pure student ideological and political education to education,management,service and other aspects.The role of scientific orientation of college counselors will affect the healthy growth of students in private colleges and universities,the long-term development of schools and the success or failure of the counselors’ work.It is of great significance to study the role positioning of counselors and administrators in private colleges and universities.This paper analyzes our country run by the local college counselors work history and the role evolution process,comb non-governmental university counselor role research literatures at home and abroad,on the basis of the theory of management,psychology,pedagogy and so on related,together with the present situation of private colleges,nanchang institute of technology,the counselor work,analyze the status quo and existing problems of private college counselor role positioning,reveals the reasons,put forward to further improve the countermeasures of private colleges counselors positioning.
