With the deepening of the economic system reform,the rapid development of the national economy and social problems continue to appear,social workers are facing increasing working pressure.The existing research on the professional situation of social workers shows that the professional status of professional social workers is unsatisfactory,mainly for the often faced with the conflict of values,lack of social recognition and professional support and so on.In this difficult context,there are still some social workers choose to stay in social work agencies,become the key component of social work agencies,have the mission of providing professional social work services,doing professional research,nurturing a new generation of social workers.These social workers in the daily work under the variety of work pressure and adversity,can make self-adjustment and adaptation to meet the challenges,this characteristics we call the social workers' career resilience.Based on the analysis of the previous research results,this paper makes an in-depth interview with 16 senior social workers in the social work center of Jing'an District of Shanghai Y Community Youth Affairs Center.The following questions were learned through interviews: Lack of quality,Heavy tasks,lack of promotion system,Too many management subjects,professional and brand awareness of low professional dilemma and challenges,summed up the social workers' career resilience contained in self-efficacy,social support,career expectations and continuing learning four Constitute the dimension.According to the ecosystem theory,the occupational ecological environment of social workers is divided into: microscopic system: social workers' individual system,mesoscopic system: family,colleagues,institutional system,macroscopic system: social culture,public consciousness and Social policy system.Based on this point,we analyze protective factors of social workers' career resilience.Finally,we put forward some measures to promote social workers' career resilience.
