Knowledge workers as a group are undergoing great stress. Hence it has practical significance to analyze their resilience in the workplace. This paper intends to discuss the psychological construct of career resilience and its relationship with well-being. Using the Career Resilience Scale(CRS),Multiple Happiness Questionnaire(MHQ) and Resilience Scale(RS), administered to a sample of knowledge workers in several companies, main conclusions are as follows:(a) The revised CRQ consists of four factors that are self-adaption, receptivity to change, career plan, and self-independent. CRQ's reliability and validity meets requirement of psychological testing.(b) Correlation analysis and regression analysis shows positive medium relation between career resilience and Well-being. Career resilience could enchance the total Happiness by significantly influencing psychological well-being. Personality Growth and Self-Worth as two factors of psychological well-being highly related to career resilience, and have direct effect on career as shown by the regression method.(c) Career resilience and resilience show positive medium relationship. Yet the content of RS is more extensive and its related validity is more satisfied comparing CRQ. (d) Career resilience of employees shows significant difference in career life, work position and management level.Finally, this paper gives advices to enhance career resilience of knowledge workers on the basis of the research results:organization should establish a positive working environment, respect for employees'intangible and tangible assets, advance employees to develop career plan and develop self-discipline of staff; On the other hand, individuals in the workplace should enhance self-adjustment capability, focus on the accumulation of similar experiences, develop self-career plan, and also develop self-discipline and professional spirit.
