Research On The Internship Of Medical Social Worker Students

With the continuous deepening of China's reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of the material level of the people's living,the national government has paid more attention to the deeper needs of people's health.For the health care system,in addition to curing the patient's physical diseases,it also undertakes to provide psychological care and social support services for patients and their families.In the past ten years,the national government is vigorously promoting the construction of a team of medical social work workers,aiming to provide comprehensive and full-cycle health services for the people of the country.In order to better meet the government's call,and continue to train excellent medical workers,medical social work internship is a key step in the training of talents.Therefore,it is an important way to ensure the quality of medical social workers in the future by discovering the problems existing in the current internship of medical social work,and analyzing the causes of the problems and finding a good solution.Based on this,the author mainly conducted a questionnaire survey on the medical social workers interns,full-time medical social workers,medical staff,internship supervisors,patients and family members of various hospitals through visiting and investigations in several hospitals in Shanghai.Interview and interaction,based on the first-hand information collected,summed up the dilemmas and problems existing in the current medical social work internship.Then use the theory of social ecosystem system to analyze the causes of problems from the macro system,appearance system,mesoscopic system and micro system of medical social work interns,and actively explore the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the internship of medical social work from the perspectives of the government,schools,internship institutions,individuals,etc.,in order to provide reference for the future development of medical social work internship.
