Teenagers are self-destructive behavior of high-risk groups,and rural left-behind teenagers self-injury behavior was higher,more serious problems.Based on the realistic requirement of rural left-behind teenagers self-destructive behavior and group social work of professional and feasibility,this paper USES the method of group social work professional,from the bad emotion regulation ability of left-behind teenagers,puts forward specific solutions and measures for rural left-behind teenagers self-destructive behavior intervention study.Specifically,this study based on Enshi Autonomous Prefecture of Hubei Province experimental middle school has the left-behind teenagers experience case interviews,questionnaires,and the remaining on rural left-behind adolescents experience and current situation of self-destructive behavior research analysis,trying to explore the influence factors of left-behind teenagers self-destructive behavior,according to consult literature at home and abroad and the research found that emotional adjustment difficulties are affecting rural left-behind teenagers self-destructive behaviors,one of the important factors that emotion regulation difficulty can positively predict self-destructive behavior of teenagers.But in the past research focus on rural left-behind teenagers self-destructive behavior and intervention study is less,and emphasis on,from the perspective of the emotion regulation ability,with professional social work method for practical intervention research is more rare.This study intends to,from the perspective of emotion regulation on rural left-behind teenagers self-destructive behavior group social work intervention,emotion regulation group social work to rural left-behind self-injury behavior intervention effectiveness of teenagers.This research in the design of emotion regulation group social work,respectively from the five aspects of emotion regulation ability intervention,it includes is hard to realize their own emotional responses;Can't accept their own emotional reactions;The lack of effective emotion regulation strategies;It is difficult to control its own impulse response;Negative disposition condition,difficult to implement reservation target behavior,in group activities before and after the group activities of left-behind adolescents' emotion regulation difficult monitoring,analysis and comparison of emotion regulation difficulty scores and the change of the five dimensions,to assess the effectiveness of group social work.
