Case Social Work Service Of Improving Social Avoidance Of Rural Left-Behind Teenagers With Non-Suicidal Self-Injurious Behavior

Contemporary rural left-behind teenagers under urban-rural development and social transformation are prone and frequent groups of many problems including non-suicidal self-injurious behavior and social avoidance,based on specific external environment and internal conditions.A number of problems are not isolated.Even concurrence occurs in some cases.Based on the consideration of professional feasibility and conditional constraints,this study combines the characteristics and mutual relationships of non-suicidal self-injurious behavior and social avoidance to select rural left-behind teenagers with non-suicidal self-injurious behavior as research objects.Taking improving their social avoidance as the preliminary research goal,this study is aiming to a positive effect on further changing the non-suicidal self-injurious behavior of the research subjects through the segmentation selection of target groups and the improvement of social avoidance.On the basis of the professional internship in the village,the researcher screened the left-behind teenagers in M village combining professional knowledge,literature information studied and individual thinking,using interviewing method,observation method and questionnaire method.In the meantime,the researcher also carried out brief summary and analyzation of social avoidance of the left-behind teenagers in the village with non-suicidal self-injurious behavior,and evaluated the effect of the case work using the basic model of experimental method.According to the study,the left-behind teenagers with non-suicidal self-injurious behaviors in Village M have the issue of social avoidance to a certain extent,which is more serious than the left-behind teenagers without non-suicidal self-injurious behaviors in Village M.This study selects the case work method in social work,takes humanistic theory as the main guide,draws on the humanistic therapy in psychological counseling,absorbs other practical social work practices' techniques,designs and caries out specific services based on the detailed conditions of research objects,the effects of the service was relatively satisfactory.Regarding the physical truth as the enlightenment,the researcher comprehensively proposed several summaries,reflections and suggestions targeting the research itself,subsequent to the completion of the case social work service.The study is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly includes the reasons for topic selection,research significance and literature review.The second chapter mainly introduces the design of research,including research strategies,research methods,research tools and theoretical basis.The third chapter mainly introduces the social avoidance status of the left-behind teenagers with non-suicidal self-injurious behavior in M village.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the preparation work before the implementation of the case work,which mainly includes the selection of research objects,the collection,collation and estimation of the objects' relevant information.The fifth chapter is the core chapter of this study.It mainly introduces the practical process of case work,including the extracts and evaluation of eight intervention processes.The main content of the first and the second intervention is to establish a professional social work relationship with the objects,to further understand the current social avoidance status of the objects,to check,collect and organize all aspects of the objects;The third to seventh intervention is based on the theory of humanism.Through the methods of sincerity,unconditional attention and empathy,the original self-concept of the objects is changed,and the self-evaluation level of the objects is improved,so that the objects can accept themselves more confidently and develop new social motivations to achieve the goal of improving social avoidance;The main content of the eighth intervention was to deal with the objects' parting mood and the completion of the case.Evaluation refers to the test of the combined effect of case social work services from both process assessment and outcome assessment.The sixth chapter mainly introduces the summary,reflection and suggestions for this research.This chapter briefly summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of this research,and carries out detailed reflections from the three aspects of the case social work preparation phase,service implementation phase and evaluation phase,and,on the basis of reflection,proposes some suggestions on individual level,family level,school level and social level.
