At present,the housing problem has become a social focus problem,the housing prices remain high,residents cannot afford housing,renting houses has become many young people's choice.This leads to the problem,will loaning to buy houses do better than renting houses,will people with multiple sets of housing property rights be happier?Subjective well-being,as a measure of personal quality of life psychological indicator,can reflect residents' psychological feelings.Studying the relationship between housing conditions and people's subjective well-being is helpful to understand the housing needs of residents,helpful to the government in taking corresponding measures to alleviate social contradictions,promoting social harmony.Firstly,this paper analyzes the relationship between housing and residents' happiness based on Liquidity Constraints.Secondly,this paper uses the Chinese Peking University Family Tracking Survey data,residents in 2010 and 2012 as the research object,analyzing the differences between the residents' housing conditions and types of property rights and subjective well-being the levels of all dimensions,to carry out empirical research and the causal relationship between the method of marginal structure model on the number of residents of the housing property and subjective well-being.After that,the paper analyzes the differences between renting and loaning to buy houses on well-being,and analyzes the path transmission mechanism of the housing property right to the subjective well-being by using the method of multiple intermediary effect.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1)Different housing property situation in the economic income,marital status and social participation showed large differences.Compared with no residents of the housing property,people with housing property have higher income,the marriage status in marriage rate the high degree of social participation is higher.(2)General residents choose the loan to buy a house of well-being level will be higher than the choice of housing residents,housing property has more than pressure from loans to the promotion of well-being.(3)Renting price,the health status,education level,income and marital status will have a positive effect on the relationship of the housing property and the subjective well-being.
