The Research On The Development Of Public Sports In New Rural Community With The Change Of Life Style

The dissertation will do research on the development of sports public services in new-style rural areas with the help of lifestyle change theory and the main academic viewpoints of the new supply school.The dissertation will also do research on the influence of lifestyle change on the demand and supply of sports public service,which helps deduct the relationship between the two.The dissertation will present the research through documents,fieldwork,questionnaire,logical analysis and data statistics which provide systematic investigation of the development of sports in new-style rural communities.The research shows that from the perspective of fundamental features,residents in rural areas averagely share a lower level of education,especially in Quasi rural areas.The population structure of the village in the city is relatively balanced,and the occupation distribution is more diversified.The vast majority of them have been transformed into the land lost farmers,and the income is mainly concentrated in the range of 2000-4000 yuan.Quasi rural population structure imbalance,mostly for the elderly living in the elderly,women,children,the occupation of farming and work oriented,the majority of farmers still have agricultural land,its income is slightly lower than the urban villages and suburbs;From the perspective of lifestyle changes:villages,suburban residents' leisure time is not clear,quasi rural residents' leisure time increased,leisure entertainment activities mainly include watching TV,chatting,playing cards and playing mobile phones,but the remaining leisure time is not effectively used for physical exercise;From the point of view of sports development,the sports cognitive ability of the farmers is poor,the utilization rate of sports venues and facilities is low,and the sports activities are deadlocked.Generally speaking,the satisfaction of the urban village and the suburban residents are low,and the satisfaction of the rural residents to the sports facilities is low.According to the situation of the sports industry,the village in the city and the suburbs have possessed the ability of sports consumption,which shows the characteristics of the diversity of sports consumption.Quasi rural sports consumption capacity.is limited,at this stage is only suitable for the government as the main body of a single supply model,showing a more dependent on the basic characteristics of public sports services.In this paper,the main factors affecting the development of rural sports public service are discussed and studied,and the conclusions are:(1)Supply concept deviates,and public service consciousness is weak.(2)The supply side of one size fits all,ignoring the differentiated supply concept,and there is path dependence problem.(3)The supply main body is unitary,the diversified supply mechanism is not perfect.(4)Sports publicity is not in place,farmers' sports cognition is indifferent.(5)Lack of maintenance,supervision and evaluation system.Finally,according to the above problems,the author puts forward the following optimization path and relevant countermeasures and suggestions:(1)To review the roles and obligations of government departments.(2)To improve the pertinence and timeliness of the rural sports public service in different stages and levels.(3)The introduction of social capital to broaden the main supply and supply channels.(4)To strengthen the rural sports propaganda,improve the sports cognitive ability.(5)To strengthen the supervision and reconstruct the new system of rural sports public service performance evaluation.This paper aims to provide some reference value and reference significance for the development of new rural community sports and the subsequent research in this field.
