A Research On Rural Public Sports Service Supplies In Huoshan County Based On New Rural Construction System

As an important part of the rural public service,the supply of rural public sports service plays a very important role in the sustainable and healthy development of rural sports and other related fields in China,especially in the background of the new rural construction in China.Based on the actuality of economic and social development of Huoshan County and the present situation of public sports service supply in some typical townships,this paper carried out investigation and research on them by means of synthetical analysis and questionnaires.In order to ensure the better development of rural public sports in Huoshan County,this paper has carried on the investigation,analysis and contrast in this area from many aspects.Based on the actuality in Huoshan County,this paper puts forwards suggestions on how to improve the supply of public sports services by analyzing the shortages of rules and regulations,financial support,personnel support,information service platform construction and management evaluation methods.Through the research,the author makes a deep analysis and research on the supply of rural public sports service in Huoshan County,and draws the conclusion as follows:Firstly,there are three main problems in the supply of rural public sports services in Huoshan County:the single source of funding for public sports services cannot meet the actual needs of rural sports;the rules and regulations of public sports service are lagging behind;the quality of public sports service personnel is relatively low,while the construction of public sports information service platform needs to be expanded.Secondly,the leaders of county and township pay little attention to the supply from the existing problems;the county-level transfer payment system is not perfect,and the township does not have sufficient financial resources;and lack of funds caused by the management level is not high,the information platform cannot be widened.Thirdly,there are three main ways to solve the supply problem of rural public sports service in Huoshan county:1.Establishing a scientific transfer payment system and forming a multi-channel financing mechanism;2.Establishing a human resource supply of public sports based on farmers' demands;3.Planning rationally the rural public sports places,and increasing the construction of the information service platform.
