Rural Community Sports Public Service In S County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Supply Study

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC put forward the "rural revitalization strategy",a major decision and arrangement,to solve the "three rural issues" related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,which ushered in the opportunity and pointed out the direction for China’s rural development.Establishing and improving the relevant system of rural sports public service and improving its supply efficiency can better provide farmers with sports public service,make them more quickly into the wave of national fitness,cultivate their physical exercise habits,improve their physical health level,increase the sense of sports participation and achievement,and improve the quality of life.Based on this background,this thesis takes the effective supply of public sports services in rural communities of S county as the research object and the rural communities of S county as the investigation object,and uses literature analysis,field investigation,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods to study the effective supply of public sports services in rural communities of S County,and draws the following conclusions:1.At present,there are some problems in the supply of rural community sports public services in S County,such as the weak development of rural sports events,the lack of development of social sports organizations,the lack of professional level of social sports instructors,the low coverage rate of physical monitoring services and the single channel of sports information service.2.The reasons affecting the effective supply of sports public services in rural communities in S County are the backward economic development of rural communities,the lack of sports talent team construction,the lack of policy support,the lack of matching rules,the imperfect construction of rural comprehensive information platform,and the lack of sports health information platform.3.In view of the problems facing the effective supply of rural community sports public services in S County,it is proposed to accelerate the economic infrastructure construction,improve the supporting policy system,further promote the market reform,explore the diversified sports supply mode,excavate the connotation of rural sports culture,introduce diversified sports events,and strengthen the construction of rural sports social organizations.Comprehensively improve the quality of rural sports talents,promote the "integration of physical and medical",strengthen the villagers’ sports health monitoring,strengthen the farmers’ sports publicity,explore the construction of new sports health platform and other countermeasures.
