Discussion On The Factors Influencing The Social Work Advocacy

The method and model of social work advocacy in China is imported from abroad,and has not Chinese status of contemporary social integration.Social workers will be affected by many factors in social work promote action.The author advocates to process multi department F C District youth health education cooperation social advocacy project as the research object,through observation,interviews,research and Analysis on the influencing factors of social work initiatives.The author first introduces the operation situation of the cooperative society Department of youth social work action framework advocates and F city C district health education advocacy project,then focuses on the factors influencing social work initiatives.The factors including team ability and rich experience of the positive impact,and a series of negative factors.From the project itself and the negative factors including project is an urgent demand,project division is not clear,"heavy result light process";from outside the project of negative factors including advocates limited capacity,promote administrative process color is clear,the lag of policy,insufficient funds,lack of human resources,in charge of the project unit power Co.,a layer of influence communication etc..Finally,the author makes a summary and puts forward suggestions to improve the effectiveness of China's social work,and hopes to provide some references for the related advocacy action.
