| In theory,the corresponding countermeasures of main problems of high school teachers’ continuing education in Henggou Senior School in this study enriches the theoretical system of teachers’ continuing education,gives feasible suggestions on the development and improvement of the high school teachers’ continuing education and provides a theoretical reference for continuing education.From the practice,based on the practice,this paper investigates the continuing education of high school teachers in Henggou Senior School and analyzes the problems and challenges faced by the rural high school teachers in Xianning.Moreover,through the discussion and analysis of problems and disadvantages,this paper attempts to find a suitable way to improve the comprehensive quality of teachers and the effect of teaching in order to promote the further development of Xianning education.Teachers’ continuing education is the need of lifelong learning,is the need of teacher professional development,is the need of new curriculum reform.So study the issue of teachers’ continuing education,and find out corresponding countermeasures significance is very significant.Under the guidance of the lifelong education theory,the development theory of teachers’ professional development and the theory of learning society,through the literature research and questionnaire method,this paper fully investigates the current situation of the in-service teachers’ continuing education of Henggou Senior School.Training content unattractive,the lack of pertinence,the single training mode and method,existence between theory and practice of training teachers,the low quality of some teachers,ignore the training teachers for the participation of subjectivity,a single incentive,teachers’ understanding of continuing education,the incomplete evaluation mechanism and the lagging information feedback.Insufficient of continuing education funds investment and so on have reduced the level of participation the teacher study enthusiasm,make their learning motivation.To this end,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures are as follows:a targeted selection of teaching content,enriching continuing education model and training methods,strengthening construction of teachers’ team,establishing incentive mechanism of continuing education,building up the idea of lifelong learning,the perfect of evaluation mechanism and the valued feedback,increasing investment in continuing education funds. |
