| Nowadays, the competition of countries'comprehensive national strength lies in the talent competition, the key of the talent training is teachers. With the deepening of education reform, the overall quality of the teachers are put forward to higher requirements, these requirements also make people require and expect teachers to continue to have higher education. This paper puts the secondary school teachers continuing education in Hulunbeir as the research project, through the methods of literature analysis and field survey, seriously finds the existing problems and analyses the reasons for the local conditions and tries to put forward countermeasures. In order to make efforts to secondary school teachers continuing education and a new round reform of basic education courses.Research methods used in this paper are mainly literature analysis, observation, interviews and questionnaires.This paper consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction, including concept definition and significance of research. In defining the basic concepts involves in Hulunbeir city, continuing education, teachers'continuing education, secondary teachers. And expounds the significance of strengthening teachers continuing education in detail and states practical research significance of secondary school teachers to enhance continuing education.The second part introduces present situation of the secondary teachers'continuing education in Hulunbeir, including basic information of Hulunbeir, the course and the achievements of the secondary teachers' continuing education in Hulunbeir. On the basis of lots of investigation and studying first-hand information, this paper finds out the problems of secondary school teachers'continuing education in Hulunbeir, such as poor policies, weak teachers, unreasonable curriculums, in addition, the language among the minorities instructors are lack of concern, the integration of the resources of continuing education is not enough and so on. Among these, some of the problems also exists in other regions of secondary school teachers continuing education, but more problems are prominent in the region in particular, should be paied close attention to. While bringing forward the problems, the author makes analysis of cause according to the available information and understanding.The third part is the countermeasures of secondary school teachers in Hulunbeir. For the above part of the relevant content, based on the data and serious consideration, combined with the reality of Hulunbeir secondary schools. And analyse these issues also try to give the corresponding countermeasures. In addition, in this part, I talk about my views of the confusion in the research and the direction of effort in future. |
