The Solutions To The Problems Of Danyang Primary And Secondary School PE Teachers' Continuing Education

After a questionnaire survey named the current continuing education situations of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools and having a series of face-to-face interviews with some PE teachers and headmasters, I found that not only these schools but also PE teachers themselves paid little attention to this problem---Teachers'Continuing Education. As a result, those trainings could not meet the needs of P.E teachers to some extent. How to copy with this problem? In my view, implement and improvement of its effects is the key to the current situation, which in turn does well to these PE teachers'comprehensive abilities and can also effectively speed up the building team of PE teachers.Having reflected its history development as well as its features, learnt a lot from others and self ---training experience, I finished this paper in the end. Also, I analyzed the current situations and problems by means of documentation, statistics and logical analysis. On the base of the above, I draw on my conclusions that the solution to this problem----P E Teachers'Continuing Education is to put forward the concept life ---long Study, develop these PE teachers'talents, fund the necessary expenditure for teachers'training ,bound combination of incentives and mechanisms and integrate the teaching resources .
