Junior school students are during a puberty process which really counts as for one's physical and mental development.And the peer support is important to the Junior school students for their growth.The academic network from peer support is an important way to communicate with each other,it meet students' study and relationship demands,which is not only presented in social communication skills but also in academic performances and mental health.The essay contains the following steps:firstly,This paper uses website questionnaire survey to collect data,through social network analysis software of degree centrality index operations to preliminary screening research cases.Then Combined with the depth interview method,we get the further individual information under the guidance of the data,and decide the final student who need to reconstruction of the academic support network.Secondly,we explore the reason why the case need to reconstruction of the academic support network,assess the reality of the case needs,and then use the social cognitive behavior intervention skills(can increase,empowerment,guidance,company)for intervention and guidance.Again,it aims to assist the student get more peer's support of learning,through different ways to chose the academic support resources.Finally,we give a summarize and reflect,aiming at to provide a case reference for the application of social network in the field of social work.In conclusion,this essay's study selects cases in the direction of qualitative research and creates a peer academic support network.The study tells us:(1)the data from the social network has a directing function for searching case clients and selecting their peer support;(2)The whole process avoids labeling on teenager cases.
