Interpersonal relationship is not only an important medium of socialization, but also an important social support system of individual.Interpersonal skill is the ability to live in harmony with others. As a teenager, if a person’s interpersonal skill didn’t get full development it will affect relationships as an adult. High school is an important period of life, peer groups have an increasing influence on each student, whether they can properly deal with the interpersonal relationship with peer groups will directly affect their growth and socialization.When everyone set foot on the society, they will deal with all kinds of characters, they might get help or support from others and groups. Social support network is a form of social network, it reflects the network of various resources or help one can get. And as a social worker, his role is to play resource linker and other professional supporters, take client’s status and needs as a starting point, through intervention of client’s social support system to help them establish effective social support network. Meanwhile, social work in school attaches great importance to students’ individual difference and their performance in group, treat problems and difficulties in students’ learning, interpersonal relationship as a natural phenomenon in the process of growth, and believe that the client has potential to change.This paper took the students of W school class 6 in the ninth grade in L city where author took part in the investigation of Chinese education track as an example, through in-depth observation and interview, adopted perspective of social support network to analyze interpersonal relationships status of high school students, and actively carry out construction of high school students’ social support network, improve the support system for middle school students, driving their ability improvement, harmony of social relations and adjustment of social environment. The author through help clients who have problems in peer groups’ interpersonal relationship to give full play to their potential, to better use surrounding resources, help him establish a school peer groups interpersonal support network, which provided reference for playing the internal driving force to promote students’ learning and interpersonal communication.
