Study On The Governance Of Rural Humansettlements In Ziyang District

The living environment is the foundation and premise of human survival and development.The rural living environment is closely related to the happiness index of the masses.Therefore,improving and improving the rural living environment is an important task of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and also the largest livelihood project at present.With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,the sustained economic and social development,the steady improvement of the level of urbanization,and the rapid changes in urban and rural areas,great changes have taken place.Improving the living environment in rural areas is an important part of further promoting rural revitalization and striving to achieve a well-off society in an all-round way.It is also the basis and key to improve the "three rural issues" and implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization.In 2018,the central government coordinated the overall situation and carried out the three-year renovation of rural residential environment in a strategic perspective across the country.Through village cleaning,"toilet revolution",renovation of "hollow houses" and other work,the rural environmental health,infrastructure,village appearance,etc.were greatly improved,and the satisfaction and happiness index of the people were improved.However,the basic economic and social conditions in rural areas of our country are not good or bad.The governance of rural human settlements is restricted by various conditions.There are many difficulties.The governance process is hard and the promotion is very uneven.There is a big gap between the goal of rejuvenating the countryside and the expectation of the farmers for a better life.How to manage the rural human settlements continuously and effectively,we still have a long way to go We need the joint efforts of the government and all sectors of society.This paper takes Ziyang district as the research object,makes in-depth investigation and investigation in all towns and some government departments in Ziyang District,and deeply understands the practices,achievements and existing problems of rural residential environment management in Ziyang district.Through systematic analysis,it is found that the rural residential environment in Ziyang district has been improved obviously as a whole,but the existing problems are still outstanding,such as the lag of infrastructure,insufficient capital investment,and the lack of initiative of the masses.Through analyzing the causes of the outstandingproblems and drawing on the effective experience and practices of foreign and domestic advanced areas in improving the rural residential environment,etc.It is hoped that it can provide some valuable suggestions for the governance of rural human settlements in Ziyang District,and also provide some innovative ideas for the governance of rural human settlements in other areas.
