In the social context of the ageing crisis in our country,the community of people takes them as "care-giver" and "the powerless of action",while ignoring the old people,which is one of the power to promote social prosperity and stability.From the perspective of practical significance,the participation of the elderly in national and social governance and construction are conducive to actively coping with the aging problem and ensuring China’s social,political and economic development.As a result of increasing human life expectancy and declining fertility rates,the old man become an important part of the community’s human resource.Due to the strong sense of belonging and identity of older persons to the community,they can inject more active and effective power into community volunteering activities.At the same time,the elderly volunteers as a team to have a "positive energy",often behave actively in every field of society.Their social influence is rising,and the scale expands unceasingly.Through the participation of the elderly in community voluntary service activities,it not only contributes to the rational allocation of human resources within the community,but also contributes to the achievement of positive ageing.Around the community elderly volunteer service continuity,this paper use literature method,questionnaire,interviewing and participatory observation on the research background,significance and related research literature,elaborates the elderly volunteers as well as the sustainability of volunteer service related concept and the connotation.This paper introduces the "quan yi" projects and the results of the volunteers in the x community,and then analyzes the dilemma of the elderly volunteers in community x’s continuous participation in voluntary service: The plight of the staff is mainly reflected in the disallowed physical condition,unsatisfied participation motivation and low professional degree of volunteer service.The difficulties in organizational management are mainly reflected in the unclear recruitment standards for elderly volunteers,the urgent need to strengthen the training of elderly volunteers,the non-standard management of elderly volunteers,the imperfect supervision and evaluation system of elderly volunteers and the imperfect incentive system of elderly volunteers.In addition to the dilemma of personnel and organizational management,there are also problems of imperfect legal system and inadequate service guarantee.Finally,this paper explores relevant countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the sustainability of community elderly volunteer service from three aspects: the establishment of positive aging concept,management mechanism and policy guarantee. |
