| Under the background of global aging,the phenomenon of aging in our country is serious.China has not only entered the aging society earlier,but also has the world's most aging population.According to the Statistical Bulletin of the National Economic and Social Development in 2016,by the end of 2015 the total population of the mainland was 1,382.71 million,of which the population aged 60 and above was 230.86 million and aged 65 and above was 150.03 million,separately accounting for 16.7% and 10.8% of the total population.How to alleviate the enormous pressure of the aged service brought by the aging society,and how to make the old people enjoy their old age become the most important task before us.The elderly has rich life experience and wisdom.In the traditional concept of the elderly,we treat the elderly as passive recipients of services,while ignoring their subjective initiative.During the Central Committee Political Bureau of the thirty-second collective study held in May 2016,Xi Jinping stressed the need to promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of the cause of aging.Efforts should be made to enhance the idea of the whole society to respond to population aging actively.We should be conscious that the elderly is an important stage of human life,which can also make achievement and be happy.As a result,we should look at the aging society and the elderly life positively.As an important part of the voluntary service system,the community elderly volunteer service plays an irreplaceable role in alleviating the pressure of pension service and active aging.According to the Statistical Bulletin of the National Economic and Social Development of Chongqing in 2016,by the end of 2015,the population aged 60 years and above in Chongqing was 604.61 million,accounting for 19.8% of the city's total population,which was higher than the national average level about 3.1 percentage points,ranking first in the whole country.As a city with serious aging population,it is of great significance for Chongqing to develop the elderly community volunteer service,but there are still some problems in its development.Based on this,this study will focus on the elderly community volunteer service.First of all,it summarizes the significance of community elderly volunteer service in three aspects of active aging,that is,satisfying the multidimensional health demands of the elderly,the extension of social participation and the sublimation of social security concept,and then analyzes the development status of elderly volunteer service in Chongqing MX community.The study finds hat the development of community volunteer service has a series of problems,such as conceptual disorder,inadequate participation ability,imperfect management,imperfect development of old volunteer service organization,lack of service platform and policy and regulations support.On the basis of the analysis of development problems,this study draws on the beneficial experiences of developed countries and regions in developing community elderly volunteer service.Finally,it is argued that we should innovate the propaganda mechanism to enhance social identity,strengthen self-awareness to establish a positive image,conduct relevant training and enhance inter-generational interaction to improve participation ability,increase policy support to develop volunteer organization,perfect management system to promote scientific management,strengthen platform construction and expand service area,so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of the elderly volunteer service. |
