This paper takes Guiyang City as a case to explore the working methods,existing problems and challenges of the service management mode for foreigners,and puts forward a service management mode for foreigners based on big data by means of literature research,case analysis and comparative study.In order to guide the innovation of the service management of foreigners and realize the purpose of improving the efficiency of the service management of foreigners in the corresponding institutions,it shows the practical significance and theoretical value of the research.It is pointed out that there are some problems in the service management of foreigners in Guiyang,such as the difficulty of curbing crime,the lack of timely exchange of data,and the low ability of early warning of risks.Based on the problems of foreigners' service management and the advantages of big data's management,this paper puts forward that big data technology can be fully introduced into the service management of foreigners,and the service management mode of foreigners can be constructed.In applying big data technology to the work of service management for foreigners,first of all,the information sharing mechanism of the department of service management for foreigners should be established,and the relevant departments should be introduced to collect and input information into the basic information sharing pool,and members should subscribe to the information.According to the information analysis and early warning of big data system,the corresponding service management strategy for foreigners is formulated and adjusted.It is necessary to realize the active prediction of various departments in the service management of foreigners,the risk early warning based on the information provided by the basic information sharing pool,and the establishment of emergency command,public opinion early warning and resource scheduling system.To promote the optimization of the work of various departments of the service management of foreigners,and to set up an integrated management department of the service management of foreigners in order to The management and service of foreigners are divided into general management and emergency management in order to improve the pertinence of management.
