With the development of China's judicial informatization construction,more and more judicial business data of various forms,widely sourced and physically dispersed have been produced.In the past,in order to ensure the relative independence of judicial services and data security issues,judicial institutions were basically independent of each other,creating a data silo problem.In recent years,with the advancement of the state's "great justice" pattern and the acceleration of the process of integration and sharing of national government information,the need for integration and coordination and data sharing among various judicial services has become more urgent.Therefore,how to realize the convenient,fast and controllable transfer of judicial data between various judicial business links has become an important research task.Based on the above background,this paper proposes a new type of judicial data sharing and exchange technology based on data virtualization,and validates it in the field of judicial business.Utilize this technology to shield the irregularity of judicial business data in the judicial business coordination link,and realize the cross-department,cross-business and reliable circulation of data.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the current sources of judicial business data,such as multiple sources,non-standard storage,and strong sensitivity,the unified data standardization management mainly includes data source management,basic data management,metadata management and data catalog management.(2)Aiming at the problems that the various departments of the judicial bureaus are independent of each other in business operations and scattered data storage,the use of data virtualization technology is proposed to achieve multi-source data integration and sharing without changing the physical storage location of data.Extract the metadata of multi-source data through data normalization management,use the K-means clustering model based on metadata,improve the efficiency of metadata query usage,accurately and efficiently locate the storage location of the required data,and achieve faster data Exchange sharing.(3)In the process of judicial business data exchange and sharing,based on the highly sensitive storage and access requirements of data,research on on-demand controllable access technology of judicial data,and design and implement corresponding software functions.Through dynamic management of data services and multi-node access control technology based on T-TBAC,grant roles to different access users,divide access requests into a series of independent tasks,set data access security levels,and greatly enhance judicial services.Data exchange sharing security.
