| With the development of society and the improvement of living standards,the current mass government service presents a new situation of diversified demands,personalized services and convenient ways.Therefore,government departments have become the largest information data production,collection,use and release units.However,a large number of data information can not be fully utilized due to the imperfect cross departmental sharing mechanism and lagging policy system,resulting in the occurrence of "unwilling to share","dare not share" and "will not share",which seriously affects the overall efficiency of data resource sharing application.Although a large number of researchers have devoted themselves to the research and development of the government service platform,there are still some problems in the system,such as online and offline dual planning operation,serious data island,no unified technical standards,and opaque online approval process.Combined with the above problems,in the process of design and practice of this subject,we always focus on the front-end program and background data,and integrate all kinds of government service items and business processing information.After careful analysis,this paper uses the B /S architecture and MVC design mode,as well as the main development technologies such as big data,CSS,Ajax and j Query.Through various forms such as online hall,service window,mobile client and self-service terminal,combined with the third-party platform,this paper provides one-stop government services for natural persons and legal persons.At the same time,in order to create the function of all in one network of government affairs,the research results of this paper will support the government to achieve "0running errands" when handling administrative examination and approval matters and public service matters for the masses and enterprises.The platform of this paper basically achieves the goal of "one-time settlement of service,one-time clearance of law enforcement and supervision,and one pass of consultation and complaint",so as to further improve the business environment and enhance the sense of gain of the masses and enterprises.Therefore,the big data platform of "all in one network for government affairs" has certain practical significance and application value. |
