Research On The Construction Of Township Style Civilization In Baoji Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Building a livable,employable and beautiful countryside is an important deployment and future plan of the CPC Central Committee for the development of rural society at present,which reflects China’s further yearning for rural spiritual civilization on the basis of pursuing the progress of rural material civilization.In the context of continuing to achieve comprehensive rural revitalization,accelerating the realization of rural civilization is crucial.As the birthplace of Chinese civilization,Baoji City has always adhered to the overall goal of "production development,abundant living,civilized rural style,clean village appearance,and democratic management" in recent years.It has accelerated the implementation of rural spiritual civilization construction,consolidated rural ideological and cultural positions,continued to promote the improvement of human living environment,improved the appearance of villages,and explored the path of rural style civilization construction with Baoji characteristics in many aspects,It has played an important role in building a foundation for rural revitalization and solidifying the soul.This article conducts a literature review and comprehensive analysis of the specific situation of rural wind civilization construction in Baoji City,using interdisciplinary thinking to sort out the effectiveness and practical experience of rural wind civilization construction in Baoji City,explore and discover its existing problems,propose optimization paths conducive to the construction of rural wind civilization in Baoji City,and strive to provide useful references for the construction of rural wind civilization in Baoji City and even other regions of China.This article is mainly divided into five parts.The first chapter provides a detailed explanation of the research background and significance of the construction of rural civilization in Baoji City under the background of rural revitalization.It then sorts out the research on rural civilization by domestic and foreign experts and scholars,explains the research ideas,methods,innovation and difficulties of this article;Chapter 2 distinguishes and analyzes relevant concepts such as rural revitalization strategy and rural civilization construction,and elaborates on the civilization ideas of Marxist classic writers,the spiritual civilization construction ideas of major national leaders,and the relevant concepts of rural civilization in Chinese excellent traditional culture;The third chapter introduces the basic situation of Baoji City and the effectiveness of rural civilization construction in the context of rural revitalization,and elaborates on the practical experience of rural civilization construction in Baoji City;The fourth chapter delves into the problems and reasons that exist in the construction of rural culture and civilization in Baoji City.It discusses the low participation of elderly people in cultural and entertainment activities,the rebound of negative social atmosphere,and the need to expand the influence of Zhou and Qin cultures in Baoji City,and analyzes the reasons one by one;Chapter 5 compares the existing problems in the process of building a civilized rural culture in Baoji City in sequence,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions from improving the management mechanism of cultural and entertainment activities,consolidating the effectiveness of the reform of changing customs,giving play to the exemplary role of rural elites,and shaping the brand identity of Zhou Qin culture,in order to effectively promote the construction of a civilized rural culture in Baoji City.
