Research On The Construction Of Rural Style Civilization From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Standing from the perspective of the whole society,the 19 th Party Congress has made a creative proposal of countryside revitalization policy and strictly implemented this major decision,which means that rural issues are highly valued and concerned.The civilization of countryside is the outward manifestation of the level and degree of rural revitalization and the inner manifestation of rural outlook.Clarifying the key role of the civilization of countryside,building the spiritual cornerstone of rural revitalization,and providing theoretical guidance for the comprehensive realization of new rural construction.Based on the foundation point of village renewal,promoting the development of country style culture and civilization stably is an essential content of the mission of countryside construction in the new age,and thus better serves the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside,which is the proper meaning of further learning the building of the new village.In countryside promoting,defining the significance of country spirit of civilization and playing its key role is the basic followings of the subsequent construction of rural spiritual civilization,as well as a necessary research content to enhance the civilization degree of our countryside society.In this context,this paper carries out field research in District Z of Shiyan City as an example.Firstly,the three aspects of rural style civilization,rural style civilization construction and rural revitalization strategy are explored to sort out the theoretical origin of rural style civilization construction,and later to explain the fundamental features of countryside construction.Secondly,the present condition of the construction of village spirit civilization in Z district of Shiyan City is analyzed in terms of typical propaganda,voluntary service,village spirit civilization combined with poverty alleviation mode and villagers’ ideological and moral level,and the positive side of the construction of village spirit civilization is affirmed.Subsequently,we pointed out the shortcomings and problems of the construction of rural style civilization,and organized and summarized the above contents.The reasons for these problems include the existence of undesirable culture,the need to improve villagers’ participation,the underutilization of public cultural facilities,the bias in the understanding of grassroots organizations,and the dilemma of passing on excellent culture.We propose general countermeasures from five perspectives: strengthening the spiritual dimension,cultivating a diversified construction team,scientifically coordinating the construction of public cultural carriers,building a long-term effect of management and construction,and protecting innovative cultural models,so as to make the impact of village culture development lasting.From a practical point of view,we go deep into the countryside,explore the construction of rural style civilization from a multidimensional perspective,and summarize the measures generally suitable for the construction of village spirit in countryside regions of China,which is exemplary and can provide experience reference for other villages to optimize the construction of rural style civilization.The construction of village customs and civilization can improve the whole mental appearance of countryside regions and generally boost the achievement of a harmonious and beautiful new countryside in the new era.
