Research On The Construction Of Guangxi Village Style Civilization Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The Communist Party of China(CPC)has always attached great importance to the issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and has always taken solving these issues as the top priority in the Party’s work.The report to the 19 th National Congress of the CPC creatively put forward the strategic goal of rural revitalization,and accelerated the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in accordance with the general requirements of "thriving industries,livable ecology,civilized rural customs,effective governance,and well-off life".Among them,the construction of rural customs and civilization is a complex systematic project,which is the concrete embodiment of the five-in-one general layout in the countryside.The Construction of rural customs and civilization should create harmonious,healthy and civilized family customs,people’s customs and rural customs,which is the soul and guarantee of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and the core content of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the field survey of five administrative villages in Baise City,this paper discusses the achievements,problems and countermeasures in the construction of Guangxi rural style civilization.In view of the weakening of the main function of the construction of rural style civilization;The use efficiency of some rural cultural infrastructure is low;Some excellent traditional culture faces loss;The resurgence of some bad practices;Some traditional moral anomie;Some areas are still serious feudal superstition and other problems.This paper tries to put forward some measures to solve these problems from the aspects of ideological understanding,organization construction,economic environment,cultural construction and rural education.Through the implementation of these measures,it is expected that the construction of Guangxi’s rural customs and civilization will be carried out smoothly,help the rural revitalization strategy to advance steadily,and strive to achieve the goal of socialist modernization as soon as possible.
