Analysis On The Implementation Of Smart Home-based Pension In Cities

With the deepening of the aging of the population,the number of the elderly population has increased dramatically.The traditional pension service not only increases the burden of human resources,but also makes it difficult to adapt to the changes of the society,thus unable to truly solve the pension problem.Based on the reality,China’s pension model needs to be adjusted urgently.The orientation of the main body of community home care service is vague and the communication and cooperation between the main body are lacking.With the continuous progress of science and technology,the extensive application of the Internet model has provided a new direction for the development of the home-based old-age care model.The combination of traditional old-age care services and Internet technology has injected new vitality into China’s community home-based old-age care system.Collaborative governance theory emphasizes the change of A single government as the leading public affairs governance mode,realize the government,enterprises,communities,families and other multiple subject cooperation governance mechanism,in this paper,based on the collaborative theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,A community in Shanghai as the research object,using the method of case interview to A community of intelligent home endowment situation in-depth research.This paper expounds the advantages of the intelligent home-based old-age care model based on the cooperation of multiple subjects,and studies and analyzes the problems encountered in the process of applying the intelligent home-based old-age care model based on the cooperation of multiple subjects.At the same time,this paper draws lessons from the research results of scholars at home and abroad.On the basis of the analysis of the implementation of smart home-based pension in community a and the existing deficiencies,it studies the development strategies of smart home-based pension in cities.First,at the level of the elderly,improve the acceptance and recognition of the elderly for smart home-based care,strengthen the openness of smart home-based care service information,and improve the wisdom of pension products;second,formulate relevant regulations at the government level,improve the relevant standards and policy supervision of smart home-based care services,in order to achieve high-quality andreliable development of smart home-based care services Exhibition,the whole process of providing services needs to be strictly supervised;third,at the community level,resolve the bottleneck of human resources for smart elderly care,encourage mutual support for elderly care services,improve the construction of volunteer team,and improve the professional level of smart home-based elderly care staff.We will provide demand-oriented smart home-based care for the aged,provide diversified and high-level smart home-based care for the aged,and promote the rapid development of smart home-based care for the aged in cities.
