| Aging has become one of the main factors of population structure change in today’s world,and all countries are taking active measures to solve this problem.Compared with the aging population of other countries in the world,the aging of China "presents a large elderly population base,rapid growth,aging,disability,empty-nest trend is obvious",and will continue to be in the plateau after reaching the peak of the elderly population.These trends indicate that the demand for elderly care services in China is increasing day by day,and the demand for the quantity and quality of elderly care talents will continue to improve in the future.In view of the increasing trend of population aging,the increasing demand for pension services and the continuous improvement of the requirements for pension talents in the future,in response to the call of "actively coping with population aging" put forward in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,efforts are made to tap the advantage potential of intelligent pension to improve the quality and efficiency of pension services.It can provide useful ideas,powerful carriers and favorable approaches for effectively solving the problems of "the elderly have access to care,medical care,action,learning and joy".Smart elderly care not only helps to solve the livelihood problems of the Party and the government,but also puts forward new requirements for the quality and ability of elderly care talents.However,the reality of Chinese elderly care talents is that their educational level,professional ability,professional spirit and the number of certificates held by elderly care workers are far from meeting the basic needs of the elderly,let alone the needs of support,medical care,promising,learning and entertainment for the elderly.These practical problems remind people that we should actively build a team of elderly care talents,promote the high-quality development of the team,and speed up the training of new adaptive elderly care talents,especially specialized elderly care talents.In order to ensure that the advantages of smart pension potential can be better developed and relevant national policies are implemented,more elderly care talents who meet the requirements of smart pension can be cultivated,their development difficulties can be solved,so as to effectively support the practice of smart pension,and the way to solve the problems of elderly care service is from the source.This paper attempts to study the development dilemma and training approaches of elderly care talents based on the changes of elderly care needs under the background of intelligent elderly care.Specifically,it aims to solve the following questions: What is intelligent elderly care? What is the connection between smart pension and other pension modes? What is endowment talent?What is the difference between the requirements for the elderly talents and the requirements for other talents? What are the current situation,problems and new requirements for talents of intelligent pension? How about the development dilemma of the elderly talents? What kind of cultivation approach should be chosen? In order to solve these problems,in addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper mainly arranges a structure composed of four parts around the logical thinking of "raising questions-analyzing problems-solving problems".The first part explains the core concept and theoretical basis of this paper.On the basis of the systematic explanation of the three core concepts of "pension","intelligent pension" and "endowment talents",the theories,methods and views of e-government service theory,Science Technology and Social theory,pension service and management theory,Science of wisdom in cyberspace and other theories and beneficial elements that have enlightening significance for this study are discussed.The second part analyzes the current situation and problems of intelligent pension.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and problems of mode development,system construction and multiple service supply in the development process of intelligent pension,with the purpose of demonstrating that the main cause is that the quantity and quality of elderly care talents are difficult to meet the current and intelligent society’s demand for elderly care services,in order to provide problem guidance and background knowledge for the breakthrough of solving the intractable problems of intelligent pension from the source.The third part explains the development predicament of the elderly talents.Based on the study in the second part,the paper explains the main reasons or the crux of the problems in the intelligent pension system are that the development of the elderly care talents faces many difficulties,such as the supply quantity of the elderly care talents,the quality of the elderly care talent team and the improper allocation of the elderly care talent training teachers,and puts forward the new requirements for the elderly care talents in the face of the intelligent pension system,and the current elderly care talent training should first solve the difficulties.In order to ensure the training of elderly personnel to meet the needs of the development of the elderly service and the elderly care industry.The fourth part discusses the training way of endowment talents.In view of the development predicament of the elderly talents,this paper uses the theoretical basic resources to put forward specific ways to train the elderly talents,including: to determine the objectives and responsibilities of the training of the elderly talents with the needs as the center;The government,schools,enterprises and communities as the main body to build a general vocational integration of personnel training system;To cultivate compound knowledge structure talents as the direction to build compound high quality teachers.It is hoped that the results of this paper will provide the target direction for the current program improvement of the training of Chinese old-age talents,provide a strong support for the construction of an old-age talent team with sufficient quantity,strong quality and ability to well meet social needs,and also provide a reference for the promotion of the cause of intelligent old-age care and the high quality development of industry in our country. |
