Township civil service is at the bottom of the team of civil servants in our country,but in the end it is national policy practitioners and practitioners,is all decisions of the state of the executives,dealing directly with the people,direct service line of people at the grassroots level is also actively promote the new rural construction of grassroots leaders,township civil servants complex work environment and working pressure.Township civil servants work at the grassroots level,serving the development of rural areas,practicing the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy,how to mobilize the enthusiasm of township civil servants,mobilize their work enthusiasm and initiative,which is essential for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Therefore,the optimization design of the assessment system for township civil servants can effectively motivate township civil servants to work hard,promote the continuous improvement of their own ability,and then promote the continuous efforts of township civil servants for rural economic development.Based on the list of Longhai city hills township civil servant performance appraisal as the research object,using literature research,questionnaire,interview method,such as research methods,to study the list of hills township civil service performance evaluation of the statusquo,which found its insufficient in the township civil servant performance appraisal and its related problems: the township civil servant performance appraisal idea there is a deviation,performance appraisal index is too fuzzy,performance appraisal method and the performance appraisal program is too simple,the legal system safeguard mechanism is not sound,performance evaluation incentive effect was not significant.At the same time,combined with the case analysis of the optimization of the assessment system of township civil servants in South Korea and Singapore,the experience of the performance assessment of township civil servants was obtained and used for reference,and countermeasures were proposed for optimizing the performance assessment of township civil servants.Different assessment indexes are made for different township civil servants according to post grades,making the performance assessment more comprehensive and specific.Constantly innovate performance appraisal methods,improve the means of performance appraisal;Constructing the incentive mechanism of comprehensive performance appraisal;Formulate relevant laws and regulations.By optimizing the performance appraisal system of township civil servants,we can promote their hard work and promote the development of rural economy.
