Study On The Normalization Of Civilized City Construction Based On Networked Governance

“Civilized city”,a special product born in the process of China's socialist construction and urbanization with Chinese characteristics,has gradually become a vivid practice for Chinese people to participate in improving urban governance and creating a better life.As the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the conflict between the people's ever-growing needs for a better life,and an unbalanced development,has become the main contradiction of the society.The people have put forward new expectations for the functions of the cities,while the construction of civilized cities is now standing at a new starting point.On one hand,the fields and content relevant to the construction of civilized cities are constantly expanding and extending.How to deal with the increasing pressure is a realistic issue the government is facing.On the other hand,the creation of a civilized city is no longer a sporty assault.How to keep creating achievements and prevent duplicate construction in long term is also an important problem needs to be solved.Firstly,based on the realistic background of civilized cities construction,this research defines the concept of a civilized city,introduces its origin and the concept of its normalization,explains the main content of networked governance theory,and analyzes and discusses its application to the normalization of civilized cities.Secondly,using Jiangsu Province as an example,it analyzes the current status of the construction of civilized cities in China and Jiangsu Province,and the normalization measures for this project,and sums up experience and enlightenment.Thirdly,with a view to the existing problems in the construction of civilized cities,a brief analysis of the problems along with the causes is conducted.Finally,it constructs a networked governance model and tries to solve the problems encountered in the process of network governance,and provides suggestions for using networked governance methods to promote the normalizati...
