Research On Social Quality Of Relocation Immigration In Poverty Alleviation

Poverty is a worldwide problem.Since the reform and opening up,great progress has been made in poverty alleviation in China.Since the introduction of the Poverty Alleviation and Relocation Policy,it has become an important way to get rid of poverty.Laiyuan County is located in a concentrated poverty-stricken area,and its living conditions and environment are extremely poor.The poverty alleviation and relocation of Laiyuan County began in 2003,and the poverty-stricken people in the county moved out of the poor living environment of nearly 10,000 people in the county,and then the development of immigration became the key to the success of the relocation of poverty-stricken areas.The quality of development of the relocated population is related to the goal of comprehensive poverty alleviation and the goal of building a harmonious society.Based on the theory of social quality,this paper applies four conditional factors,namely,social economic security,social cohesion,social inclusion and social empowerment,to the measurement and research of the immigrants in the poverty alleviation relocation and resettlement area F community,so as to grasp its overall social quality.On the basis of theory,go deep into the F resettlement area for on-the-spot investigation and obtain real and reliable information.Combine literature research,case analysis,and in-depth interviews to organize data,use statistical analysis to analyze the data,and further study the current situation of social quality,problems faced in the resettlement area under the background of ex situ poverty alleviation and propose targeted measures.Through the analysis,it is found that the relocated residents have insufficient employment,the economic situation after the relocation did not improve significantly,the government’s trust level and community sense of belonging were low,the lack of interest expression channels and insufficient awareness of social participation.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward specific Suggestions to improve social quality from four dimensions.Improve social and economic security through sound employment;Guide the integration of immigrants to enhance social cohesion;build an inclusive policy system to promote social inclusion;build a public participation mechanism to achieve social empowerment.
