Research On Government Behavior In The Establishment Of National Civilized City In Kunming

The 19th CPC national congress pointed out the importance of deepening the building of people's spiritual civilization.At present,the national civilized city is the highest honorary title created by the spiritual civilization.It is not only reflected in the hard environment construction of urban infrastructure and functional support,but also in the soft environment construction of improving citizens' quality and popularizing the spirit of voluntary service,which can reflect the degree of civilization of a city in a comprehensive way.In the process of building a civilized city across the country,Kunming has accelerated the process of building a civilized city by adopting government actions such as setting standards for building a civilized city,ensuring financial input,and fulfilling the task of building a civilized city.However,there is no doubt that Kunming still lags far behind the standards and expectations of civilized cities across the country.This paper analyzes the government behavior of Kunming in building a national civilized city,adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,finds out the existing problems,analyzes the deep reasons for the choice of government behavior in Kunming,and puts forward targeted suggestions for the optimization of government behavior.
