Research On The Public Satisfaction Degree Of Xianyou County Government In The Construction Of Civilized City

In recent years,the research on the evaluation of satisfaction is still mainly focused on the business sector in the academic circle,the research on the public satisfaction from the perspective of the government is still relatively few,as well the evaluation on the public satisfaction of civilized city creation is even less,whether the research results are relatively insufficient.Meanwhile most research literatures on the creation of civilized cities stay in a single field and do not link the public satisfaction with the study on the creation of civilized cities,which also leaves room for exploration for this paper to organically link the two and study the public satisfaction with the specific activities of the government to create civilized cities.In this paper,based on the questionnaire survey,focus to the overall evaluation of the survey objects on the establishment of civilized county and mainly from the investigation of individual basic information as well as the research object of construction of ideal and faith,the local custom civilization construction,the construction of economy and people’s livelihood,the social environment,ecological civilization construction,urban and rural integration of the construction of the satisfaction dimensions,such as research object to create the overall evaluation of civilization from the county seat,then using descriptive analysis of the degree of satisfaction index of the high and low,using multiple regression analysis of the factors influencing satisfaction.The results show that the respondents are highly satisfied with the construction of a civilized county in xianyou county.Among the six dimensions,they are highly satisfied with the construction of ideals and beliefs,rural civilization and urban-rural integration,while they are less satisfied with the construction of economy and people’s livelihood,social environment and ecological civilization.Conversely the dimensions that have a greater impact on the overall satisfaction include the satisfaction of social environment construction,the satisfaction of ecological civilization construction,the satisfaction of economic and people’s livelihood construction,and the satisfaction of rural civilization construction.At present,there are some problems in the establishment of provincial civilized counties in Xianyou County,such as the scope and intensity of propaganda,the deficiency in the construction of rural civilization,the lack of investment in public cultural facilities,the relative lag in the construction of social environment,and the insufficient attention paid to the construction of ecological civilization.According to these difficulties,this paper puts forward the targeted intensify popularization,to set up the good faith construction system,perfecting the public cultural system,deepen the social environmental construction and promoting the construction of ecological civilization.
