Research On Cultivating The Spirit Of Craftsman In Traditional Handicraft Enterprises

In today’s society,people are lack of patience for the immediate benefits brought by"short,flat,and fast"(less investment,short cycle,and quick results),thus neglecting the quality and soul of the product itself.Today’s society needs to "sink" To discover the essence and soul of the product,the concept of "craftsman spirit" came into being."Craftsman spirit"is a professional spirit,it is a reflection of professional ethics,professional ability,professional quality,and value orientation a behavior of practitioners.This paper studies the cultivation of the "craftsman spirit" of "century-old craftsman" in traditional handicraft enterprises by referring to the relevant research results and adopting the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey.With the progress of The Times and the development of the economy,the "craftsman spirit" has been paid more and more attention by people.The "craftsman spirit" was also elaborated in the 2016 government report,which made people realize that the establishment and promotion of the "craftsman spirit" is of great significance for the future development of China.More and more countries and regions in the world have begun to study and practice the spirit of craftsman,and some results have been achieved.A good corporate culture has many beneficial functions and functions for an enterprise.If any enterprise wants to develop for a long time,it must have an enterprise culture suitable for its current development status,which is an important basis for cultivating the "craftsman spirit".In today’s society,many scholars and managers of enterprises are interpreting the connotation and function of the"craftsman spirit" and constantly innovating,which enables the "craftsman spirit" to be better integrated into the existing corporate culture and play a positive role.This paper holds that the connotation of "craftsman spirit" is the dedication spirit of loving one’s job,the professional attitude of seeking perfection,and the innovative spirit of overcoming difficulties.Based on the introduction of the function and performance of the production and life of the traditional handcraft enterprise "hundred years of skilled craftsmen" after the integration of the "craftsman spirit" with the enterprise culture,the problems in the cultivation of the"craftsman spirit" of the enterprise are pointed out and the improvement methods are put forward."Century-old craftsman",a traditional handicraft enterprise,combines the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" with enterprise culture,new mentoring system,staff quality and technological innovation.However,there are problems in the publicity,staff training,rewards and promotion of the craftsman spirit.Then it puts forward relevant solutions to the problems existing in the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" in the traditional handicraft enterprise-"century-old craftsman".Improve the system of cultivating craftsman spirit and enrich the cultivation of workers.
