Due to the implementation of family planning in China,the type of family structure,medical academic level continuously improve,people’s life continuously extend,make China’s aging population than rising,leading to the aging of the population problem is increasingly outstanding.How to solve the growing demand for pension service is an important issue facing the government.The miniaturization of the family structure,can offer pension for the elderly service co.,LTD.,under the condition of endowment service has formed is given priority to with family,community,and pension agency is complementary,the government-led diversified endowment service supply,model their common to old-age service responsibility.Government as a pension service supply one of the important subject,as regulation of public resources and social services manager,in multiple old-age service system is bound to serve as a important role.With Zhengzhou city as an object of this research,to endowment service supply of the execution of government responsibility in the research,and from the dominant role play,the construction layout is unreasonable,the social forces introduced limited,laws and regulations is not full and lack of supervision and restraint mechanism to examine.Zhengzhou city government also attaches great importance to,the current problem of endowment service supply cannot meet the social demand,government positive endowment service responsibility,in the practice of work,timely provide policy support for the endowment service supply system policy,and constantly build the whole working mechanism to provide funds safeguard,and has achieved some success,but in the actual work appeared some problems as follows endowment service supply management system is not sound,pension agency development planning lag,insufficient strength is introduced into social organization,supervision and management does not reach the designated positionIn Zhengzhou city government for the implementation of the endowment service supply responsibility there is a certain problem,in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems unclear responsibility boundary,endowment service supply in the lack of professional talents,endowment service supply policies,poor enforcement of endowment service supply supervision lag behind.For these reasons,this research thought should be from the following several aspects to solve adhere to government-led liability pays special attention to the institutional policy guidance,government support to mobilize social endowment strength,to strengthen the construction of old-age service supply professional talent team,the performance of the government supervision responsibility we will promote standardization of endowment service supply.
