Research Of Problems And Improvement Of Goverment Supply For The Aged Service In J District Of C City

As the aging population increasing rapidly in China,the problem of aged service is on the rise.For filial piety has long been a tenet of traditional Chinese culture,the vast majority of the elderly in our country are still dependent on family which is so-called home-based aged service.However,changing on modern family structure and people’s ideas imposes a trend of weak on traditional home-based aged service mode.The family scale diminution and the weakened bonds of kinship have brought grave impact on the traditional mode,and the one-child policy in China increases that pressure further.As a result,the social aged service is in emergency need.Taking J district in C for example,based on the development of social aged service and the studies of experiences in the developed countries,the paper has make an intensive study of government supply for the aged service,with the methods of on-the-spot interviews and questionnaire.The paper makes analysis to its situation of aging population and their satisfaction of government supply for the aged service,and has found that the mismatch of supply and demand in the aged service lead to a shortage of supporting resources for the elderly.Finally by summarizing statistical data obtained from the analysis,the paper finds some main reasons and put forward corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem.This paper analyzes the current situation,problems,causes and Optimization Countermeasures of government supply of elderly care services in J District of C City from four dimensions: policy support,financial support,service project support and regulatory evaluation support.The full text consists of five parts.The first part is to understand and analyze the research materials on pension services and government supply at home and abroad;The second part expounds the relevant concepts and theories used in this paper;The third part is the analysis of the current situation of government supply of elderly care services in J District of C City;The fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of the government supply of elderly care services in J District of C City;The fifth part is the countermeasures to optimize the government supply of elderly care services in J District of C City.It provides a reference for the government to guide and promote the development of elderly care services,strengthen the supervision of social elderly care services,and optimize the supply level of elderly care services.
