Research On The Contradiction Between Supply And Demand Of Social Pension Service In Hebei Province

As the builders of new China, the elderly have contributed their life energy, so they sharing the fruits of economic development in today’s society is deserved. As a socially vulnerable elderly people need more nurturing and caring society. Meeting the pension needs of the elderly is the common responsibility of the whole society; and continue to promote the social pension services are the inevitable choice under the background of aging population, and family structure miniaturization. Therefore, the pension mode under the traditional family cares should turn to the social endowment service mode; the mode from a purely child care turn to the society providing the pension services is the development trend of pension service and the demand of economic development in China.But, at present, the aging of the population in Hebei province endowment is facing weakening traditional family pension mode, and the Inadequate development of social care services. With the increasing of the elderly population, social and economic development bring the need of social endowment service, more and more families began to seek social endowment service, but the construction of Hebei province social old-age service system can not satisfy the pension demand growing. Not only the contradiction between supply and demand of social endowment service has become increasingly prominent, the mechanism which unified coordination and efficient operation of sharing the responsibility has not formed.Based on the current situation of the development of social endowment service of Hebei Province on carding, I put forward the factors which affecting pension service supply and the demand in Hebei province is not balanced, and I suggest the solution of the corresponding suggestions, and I hope that I can contribute to the pension service system of Hebei province sustainable development.
