In recent years,the role and value of language chunks in teaching Chinese as a foreign language has attracted more and more attention from academic circles,especially in terms of vocabulary teaching.Numerous empirical research results show that the integration of language chunk teaching concepts into vocabulary teaching not only helps learners'vocabulary The increase in the quantity and the reduction of vocabulary errors can also improve the accuracy and fluency of the learners' communication in Chinese,and cultivate the sense of Chinese language.Based on the research foundation of Chinese language chunks,this article attempts to design and practice vocabulary teaching in units of chunks,aiming at the current teaching status of the Confucius Institute at Roland University in Hungary,to provide some new ideas for the initial stage of vocabulary teaching and combine specific Teaching implementation status and feedback,and provide some valuable teaching suggestions.This article is divided into five partsThe first part mainly introduces the research background,research purpose,research content and research methods of this article,combs the current domestic and foreign theories of chunks,the application of chunks in second language teaching,and the status quo of chunk research in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The following research and analysis pave the way for the theoretical foundationThe second part is based on the current research status of Chinese language chunks From the perspective of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,the elementary stage Chinese chunks are defined and classified,and the role of chunks is analyzed from the perspectives of acquisition and teaching,and according to categories The teaching strategy of chunks is summarized and illustrated by examples.The third part is the analysis of the feasibility and necessity of applying the chunk theory to the elementary vocabulary teaching of the Roland Confucius Institute in Hungary It mainly focuses on the analysis of the layout of chunks in the textbook "Hungarian Chinese Textbook" and the language chunks for primary learners.The investigation of learning and use ability is carried out in two aspects.From the analysis and investigation results,it is found that the problem of the elementary language block teaching in the Roland Confucius Institute in Hungary,provides a reference for the teaching design and practice below.In the fourth part,guided by the theory of chunks,the teaching design of the new words and text chunks in the twelfth lesson of the third volume of the "Hungarian Chinese Textbook" was carried out,and the specific teaching content was analyzed and expanded,and based on this The design was displayed and explained,and finally some experience was obtained based on the actual teaching implementation process and the students'homework feedback after class.The fifth part aims at the specific situation of applying chunk theory to elementary Chinese vocabulary teaching,and puts forward some suggestions for teachers in vocabulary teaching,hoping to provide reference for future chunk teaching practice and chunk teaching research.The conclusion part summarizes the findings of this research,and points out the deficiencies of this article and the areas that need improvement.
