With the advent of the experience economy era,user experience research in online education has also attracted attention from all walks of life.Domestic Internet giants have also begun to get involved in the education industry and set up user experience related departments.In recent years,the innovation and entrepreneurship(hereinafter referred to as double innovation)policy has been put forward,and the double innovation background has promoted people's demand for independent learning of design knowledge and skills.The design online education platform(hereinafter referred to as platform)has developed rapidly in a short time,resulting in The quality is uneven and there is a lack of user experience research.The increasing enrichment of Internet products has also changed people's perception of product experience.People are no longer satisfied with the platform's basic learning functions and solve common problems.The "user-centric" experience idea and the platform experience lack of a large gap,so The development of design online education requires an effective user experience evaluation model.This research aims at how to accurately intervene in the design elements of the platform and how to efficiently optimize the user experience of the platform.Based on the theoretical basis of user behavior research,user experience evaluation dimensions,and online education continued use intentions,the platform design elements analysis and evaluation measurement scale are carried out Construction,evaluation model construction,and design strategies for platform optimization based on the evaluation indicators in the evaluation model.This article firstly explores the user's use needs from the three stages of the user's learning motivation,learning behavior,and learning feedback through the user interview method,questionnaire survey method,and observation method;secondly,summarizes the main design elements of the platform through desktop research and the summary of user needs,and will design According to the correlation analysis of the elements,the basic dimensions of user experience are four dimensions: visual experience,content experience,functional experience,and process experience;according to the collation of user experience related literature and the analytic hierarchy process,the target layer,the criterion layer,and the measure layer are constructed.The evaluation structure model is composed of19 specific evaluation indicators of the measure layer,and the necessity of the Likert scale method is analyzed.The final measurement scale and various weights are confirmed through expert investigation of the judgment matrix.Qiaojiang Design and Qinxue.com conducted empirical verification for comparative samples,and proposed corresponding design strategies using the final user experience evaluation model,hoping to enrich and improve the research in user experience related fields to a certain extent for the design and development of design online education Provide a certain theoretical reference and practical significance.
