With the coming of the era of experience,user experience has attracted attention in all walks of life.With the advent of the digital age,Internet+education has become a hot topic of social concern.User experience will undoubtedly play a crucial role in the transformation process from offline to online.Although the research on user experience in the field of online education is increasing year by year,so far,user experience has only been regarded as a measure of online education products or services,and the research on the factors affecting user experience is also decentralized and non-systematic.Based on the background of industry theory,this paper intends to take educational experience as the research object to explore the factors affecting online educational experience and how these factors interact with each other and interact with educational experience.Finally,it puts forward a theoretical framework that can guide the experience design of online educational platform.This framework has guiding significance for the development and design of related products,and also for the design of online educational platform.And it is also helpful for user experience assessment.To extract the influencing factors of online learning experience,through literature research,interview observation,integrating the theories of design,psychology and behavior through card classification,case study,heuristic evaluation,value opportunity analysis is needed.The MEI model is constructed by combining the analysis of the characteristics of online education products,the case study of experience-related models and observation interviews with the target users of online learning.Firstly,through the comparative analysis of online education industry and related products and the case analysis of user experience theoretical model,lay the empirical foundation for building the model;then,through the interview observation method based on voice thinking,user survey and analysis of the research results,we can find out the influencing factors of online education experience;then,through the card classification method,we can get the influence of the previous stage.The factors are refined and classified to form a model framework and factor correlation analysis.Finally,through workshops,users can participate in the process of product experience evaluation and experience design optimization,so as to realize the application and validation of the model.The content of MEI model is as follows:the first level includes motivation,input and influence,the second level includes goal,psychological expectation,motivation,sensory initiation,demand satisfaction,behavior,feedback,experience,emotional memory,self-realization,and 28 factors.This model not only elaborates the relationship between the influencing factors of online learning,but also analyses the attributes of influence.
