In the context of design-driven innovation and the digital era,users have more and more say in the process of enterprise product design and development,enterprises pay more and more attention to the important value brought by users’ participation in product design and development.At the same time,because of the development of technology and the opportunities brought by the epidemic,and it has become a trend for users to participate in enterprise Co-design workshops by online means.Taking the possibility of holding online collaborative design workshop as the discussion direction,and attempts to create a good online Co-design workshop experience for non-design professional users,so as to achieve sustainable value co-creation between users and enterprises.By combing the related literature of Co-design and customer engagement theory,combining their common characteristics and utilizing the key advantages of online,the basic model of user participation in online Co-design workshop under ideal condition is constructed(Attract、Identify、Convert).Using the "New Way of Working" project at Asia Chimian Company as the carrier of practice.According to the Octalysis,dismantle and analyze the problems of different stages of online collaborative design workshop,optimize the tools involved in the process of workshop by exerting the role of driving force,and provide new ideas and solutions for users to participate in Co-design workshops.Verification through design practice and prototype testing,discussing the online collaborative design workshop from the perspective of customer integration theory can trigger the user’s motivation to participate,and fully consider and enhance the user ’s sense of experience and input,deepen the user’ s understanding of products and services,and strengthen the connection and interaction between enterprises and users.
