In the new era,work is not only a means of making a living.Workers begin to pay more and more attention to the sense of happiness and self-worth in work(Zeng Hao,2018).In the evaluation standard of work efficiency and work ability,work performance is an important index.In the modern context,the work performance of employees can accurately reflect the results and performance of employees,which is a direct reflection of the development trend of enterprises.The starting point of all employee management work is from the level of employee work performance.The work performance of each employee will be integrated into the overall performance of the enterprise,which is related to the realization of the overall goal of the organization.Nowadays,in order to do a good job in performance management,enterprise managers have the tendency to cultivate the craftsman spirit of employees.Only by loving work can we focus on work tasks.The craftsman spirit matches the spirit and quality required by the professional and technical talents.As a stable and positive psychological quality,the inheritance of craftsman spirit is conducive to the improvement of the enterprise's work performance,the promotion of craftsman spirit,and the need to create the era of Chinese craftsman.As an extension of craftsman's spirit in the field of psychology,craftsman's psychology is also a kind of positive professional psychological quality,which is also of great help to employees performance as well as craftsman's spirit.The purpose of this study is to further explore the relationship between craftsmen's psychology and job performance through a series of studies.At the same time,according to the previous research results,it shows that employees' professional identity and job embeddedness have a positive effect on job performance.Therefore,this study adopts the questionnaire survey method,through convenient sampling,863 employees of enterprises in Jiangsu Province are selected for data investigation to explore the craftsmanship In addition,two independent variables,job embeddedness and professional identity,are introduced to further analyze the impact of theory on job performance.The results of this study show that:(1)Taking the employees of enterprises as the research object,the questionnaire of craftsmen psychology of college students compiled by Zhou Mingru,etc.was revised,and the reliability and validity were tested,and good index values were obtained.Therefore,it is concluded that the craftsman's psychology is a five factor structural model.(2)The overall work performance of the employees in the enterprise is in the upper middle level,and there is no significant difference in the total score and dimensions of the work performance.There are significant differences in the work performance and dimensions of the employees in different marriages.From the perspective of age,there are significant differences in the overall and relationship performance dimensions,but no significant differences in task performance dimensions.In addition,employees with different years and degrees have significant differences in the overall and all dimensions of work performance.Finally,for employees of different positions,their task performance dimensions reach the level of significant difference,while there is no significant difference between the overall and relationship performance dimensions.(3)The craftsman psychology of enterprise employees is also in the upper middle level.There are significant differences in different marriage status,working years,education level and different positions,but no significant differences in gender and age.(4)Work performance,craftsman's psychology,work Embeddedness and professional identity are all positively correlated.Further study found that all factors of the four variables were significantly correlated.(5)At the same time,job embeddedness and professional identity play a part of the intermediary effect between craftsman psychology and job performance,and play a chain intermediary role together.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)the psychology of craftsmen in enterprises is in the upper middle level,and there is no significant difference in gender and age.(2)There is a significant correlation between craftsman psychology,job embeddedness,professional identity and job performance.(3)Job embeddedness and professional identity play a chain mediating role between craftsman's psychology and job performance.
