Different roles have an important influence on people's social life.From the existing literature,We can draw work-non-work role integration plays an important role on employees' work engagement,but the influence of work-non-work role integration on employees' work engagement in the Chinese context lacks detailed demonstration and explanation.So this research will be on the basis of the existing literature research,using corporate employees as subjects,a total of 482 questionnaires were collected and recycling effective questionnaire 383,analysis and verify work-non-work roles integration influence on employee work engagement.This study selected the more mature scales used in the previous studies to measure the four variables of the study.Using the scale by Tracy and Natalie(2009)to measure work-non-work role integration,psychological detachment scale developed by Sonnentag and Fritz(2007),proactive personality scale was revised by Kammeryer-Mueller and Wanberberg(2003)and Zhang Tiewen,Gan Yiqun(2005)revised work engagement scale,proactive personality as regulating variable,psychological detachment as mediating variables,discusses their role in work-non-working integration and the role of relationship between employee work engagement.The four variables including work-non-work role integration,psychological detachment,proactive personality and work engagement were analyzed and discussed.After multiple statistical methods including correlation analysis,regression analysis,moderating effect test and mediating effect test on variables,the research conclusions were as follows:(1)Work-non-work role integration is a positively related with work engagement,and has a significant positive predictive effect on work engagement.(2)Initiative personality plays a moderating role in the relationship between work-oriented non-work role integration and employee work engagement.Initiative personality plays a moderator role in the relationship between work-oriented non-work role integration and employee psychological detachment.(3)Psychological detachment plays a mediating role in the relationship between work-oriented non-work role integration and work engagement.(4)In the process of proactive personality's moderating to the influence of work-oriented non-work role integration on work engagement,psychological detachment plays an mediating role,and work-non-work role integration,psychological detachment,initiative personality,work engagement can constitute a mediated moderating model.
