Job stress means a result that the factors related to work interacted on employees and changed the normal state of employees'mental and physiological. Because of work adjustment, lack of working experience and uncertain career target, there are many special characters of young employees. Study on work stress of young employees has extended work stress'research field in applied psychology. It also can guide human resource administrators and young employees to improve work stress and work efficiency in order to achieve organizational goals.In this study, we developed questionnaire of young employees'work stress on the basis of existing work stress theory and a semi-structured interview. We chose 255 young employees form Anhui provinces as our research object. Then we analyzed the structure and features of young employees'work stress. Finally, we explored the relationship among work stress, mental healthy and time management supervision view.The main findings of this research are summarized below:(1) The structure of work stress includes work-family conflict, work overload, economic pressure, organizational structure, organizational climate, personal development and difficulty overload.(2) The work-family conflict, work overload and economic pressure are the main work stressor for young employees. This analysis shows the work stress is over for the young employees. Young employees'work stress showed significant difference on gender, nature of enterprises and scale of enterprises.(3)There is extremely remarkable correlation between work stress and mental health of young employees. There is also extremely remarkable correlation between work stress and time management supervision view of young employees.(4) The body dimension had an evident regression to the work-family conflict, work overload and organizational climate. The anxiety dimension had an evident regression to the difficulty overload. The priority dimension and feedback dimension had an evident regression to the work-family conflicts. The time distribution dimension had an evident regression to the work overload. The goal-setting dimension, time distribution dimension and plan dimension had an evident regression to the economic pressure. The plan dimension had an evident regression to the organizational climate.The goal-setting dimension had an evident regression to the difficulty overload. In conclusion, we explored work stress of young employees comprehensively in this study. We put forward some feasible suggestions to promote young employees stress and inspire their potential fully by improve the mental health level and time management supervision view on the basis of the relationship between work stress, mental health and time management supervision view. We can explore the mediation of cognitive factors in future research. And we also can study positive work stress and negative work stress of young employees by the combination of case study and behavior intervention in order to give some effective suggestions. |
